 Roy Jones Jr. Boxing Promotions Inks Aston Francis Palicte Las Vegas, November 29, 2016 - Roy Jones Jr. Boxing Promotions Founder 10x World Champion, Roy Jones Jr. and CEO / Co-Founder, Keith Veltre proudly announce the promotional agreement with IBF Pan Pacific and former IBF Youth and WBO Oriental Super-Flyweight Champion, Aston Palicte 21-2-0 (19KO) from the Philippines. Aston is currently ranked #11 by the International Boxing Federation (IBF) and #15 by the World Boxing Organization (WBO). "I was very happy when I saw the contract because there are so many boxers out there." stated Aston Palicte "I was one of the ones they chose. Super-Flyweight division has become one of the hottest divisions in boxing today, mainly due to the arrival of Pound 4 Pound and new WBC Champion Roman "Chocalito" Gonzalez 46-0 (38KO). A boxer vs. puncher will face off on the final series on Knockout Night at the D, both vying for the (vacant) WBO Inter-Continental Super Flyweight while Cantu will be defending the NABF Super Flyweight championship.
