Brittany Anne Nicholls Admits to Defaming and Lying to Own Client

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Brittany Anne Nicholls of Wagner Falconer and Judd admits on the record to investigators from the Minnesota Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility to defaming her client after lying to her own client as well as a relative repeatedly about it. Brittany Anne Nicholls defamed her client resulting in deprivation of retained counsel. After this she repeatedly denied her client his own client records and knowingly forced breach of attorney client privilege. This all occurred after Wagner Falconer and Judd were contacted regarding a matter where the local Whitefish Bay, WI police chief admitted to destroying/tampering/falsification of records including some in more than quadruplicate that were legally protected and required to be retained.

The legally protected records that were tampered/falsified/destroyed directly pertained to former Assistant Vice Undersecretary of Defense John Rogers who has repeatedly documentably harassed, terrorized, abused, defrauded, and otherwise harmed a former partner of his daughters for his own professional and personal gain. Additionally he had previously provably lied to Whitefish Bay police to get them to harass this same individual and his family at their home. The Whitefish Bay police asserted legal authority that they didn’t have, which they later conceded, because of a knowingly false report from former Assistant Vice Undersecretary of Defense John Rogers. The harm from the records tampering/falsification/destruction was far from limited to just Whitefish Bay and resulted in multiple international incidents as well as documented deprivation of rights.

The Minnesota Office of Lawyers Professional Responsibility is in the final steps of determining what to do about this situation. It is undebatable that its unacceptable for a then practising legal professional to defame their own client, knowingly depriving them of retained legal counsel at a critical time of need, deny her own client access to his own records, and knowingly forcing breach of attorney client privilege. These are all flagrant violations of critical foundational rights that are essential to the basic function of a civilized society. These violations are made worse by the fact that Brittany Anne Nicholls was given numerous chances to redeem herself or correct her actions on several different occasions. This is outrageous and she needs to be punished proportionally to the severity of the harm done to her own client as well as broader society. There also needs to be a thorough investigation into what caused these hostile actions by retained counsel which given the circumstances is certainly very suspicious.

Please contact your representatives and demand a full formal investigation into former Assistant Vice Undersecretary of Defense John Rogers, Whitefish Bay Police, Brittany Anne Nicholls. Demand that justice be brought for those harmed, to prevent more dangerous precedents and to prevent future harm to broader society.
