Freetown, Sierra Leone (August 24, 2017) – With the ultimate goal of helping communities devastated by natural disasters, Hope Home Projects has created a crowdfunding campaign on YouCaring to help Sierra Leone overcome the deathly mudslide currently being experienced in the country. The President, Ernest Bai Koroma, has also reached out to the public to help support the thousands who have been affected by this disastrous event.

For the past decades, Sierra Leone has experienced constant instability in war, Ebola, flooding and various accidents. which affects the development of the country and development of Children's Education and Healthy living. Sierra Leone faces a steep road to recovery. A small nation of 7.4 million people, it has been beset with more than its fair share of tragedies in the past. It now has 20,000 displaced people -- around 5,000 of whom are children -- to care for and rehouse, according to presidential spokesman Abdulai Bayraytay.

The main focus of Hope Home Projects will be on delivering important donated items and funds such as Housing, Education, Healthcare, and Food to disaster ridden towns and families. To support this campaign, visit https://www.youcaring.com/nadiafitzsimons-907298
