Nuttin but Love 4 Omega by 1911Music Group, Pushing Sickle Cell Awareness Towards a Better Future for the Next Generation

Sickle cell disease is a painful blood disorder that affects children on a global scale. Yet, the disease suffers an unreasonable dismiss. Nuttin but Love 4 Omega, a single produced by 1911 Music Group in Miami, Florida, has a mission to embark on curing sickle cell disease. As part of fulfilling their corporate social responsibility, the 1911 Music Group is utilizing this project to increase awareness of and provide resources for sickle cell initiatives.

The Nuttin But Love 4 Omega single has a four-pronged purpose. The first is to increase awareness about the nature of sickle cell disease and its cure. Second, to raise funds to produce a documentary on living with sickle cell entitled, “Bloodied But Unbowed.” Third is to raise funds for sickle cell education, research, and support mechanisms. Fourth, the single pays homage to the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity and their historic contributions to our society. Note, 25% of the funds generated by the single will go towards funding the documentary and an additional 25% donated for sickle cell education, research, and advocacy.

For the attainment of all four purposes, a comprehensive PR campaign utilizing traditional and non-traditional mediums. The PR campaign is aimed to promote sickle cell disease via the commercial release of Nuttin but Love 4 Omega and other strategic partnerships. A preliminary release on an underground Internet radio station in October, during the week of 14 – 20, 2016, Nuttin But Love 4 Omega clinched #1 top spot on Nielsen BDS Radio DSRO Internet Radio Chart.

June 19th is World Sickle Cell Day and September is National Sickle Cell Awareness Month. To create a greater and far reaching impact, the 1911 Music Group plans to commercially release the single on Friday, September 1st, 2017. They feel that it is most opportune if the single is released during National Sickle Cell Awareness Month. Our prayer and desire is that listeners and viewers are encouraged to download a copy of Nuttin But Love 4 Omega in support of sickle cell.

This initiative primarily aims to create an expanded awareness and support system for sickle cell disease which affects children worldwide. Sickle cell disease is an under-resourced, over-looked, and under-funded issue and the 1911 Music Group wants and hopes to change that via this campaign. Our goal is to appeal to audiences nationally and internationally and encourage their support for children living with sickle cell.

In short, the 1911 Music Group wants supporters to know the difference they will make in the life of a child living with sickle cell. Hence, on November 17, 2017, the 1911 Music Group will provide an update to supporters the impact of their contribution.
