Aggravated Rape And First Degree Murderer Criminal Flees On Bond With Another Woman Missing

 

January, 2017 – A rape and first degree murderer convict, Kelvin Mongtgomery with the WARRANT#: 16030887,  runs away skipping bond as second woman goes missing. In court, last August the first victim, though she thought she would finally get justice when Montgomery reached a plea deal to serve 12 years, but he never showed up to serve his term. He has been on the run ever since.

After a plea bargain earning him 12 year jail term, Kelvin is no where to be found with another woman who is being feared to be in dangerous conditions at the moment.

Last summer his victim made an eerie prediction. “He is a real dangerous man. My only concern is he is gonna do this to another woman. I am pretty sure.”

His latest victim, a woman from Memphis still fears for her life today. In court, last August she thought she would finally get justice when Montgomery reached a plea deal to serve 12 years, but he never showed up to start serving his jail term.

 

The Memphis Police Department and the U.S. Marshals Office are working together to track down Montgomery and Eureka Springs police are looking for Naumann
