Hamelin, Lower Saxony, Germany– November 27rd, 2017 – Readers the whole world over are familiar with the story of the Pied Piper of Hamelin, who rid the town its troublesome rats – and then tragically of its children after he was cheated of his money.

Until now, people have had to guess what the Pied Piper did with both the children and his life after these events unfolded. They should guess no more, with the release of The Pied Piper: Love and Redemption by Michael J. Sceptre, both questions are set to be answered and more.

“The Pied Piper was one of my favourite tales growing up, but I felt that the story was not finished. I wanted to write a book that explored what happened afterwards,” said Michael today.

“The plot came together very quickly for me; what would happen if, years later, the Pied Piper returned to Hamelin to look for love? The town still hates him, of course, but he still returns, in disguise – but things don’t go quite according to plan!”

The book has already attracted considerable interest from fairy tale lovers, thanks to its comical narrative and strong young adult romantic fantasy themes.

Although Michael insisted he could not reveal more, he indicated that the book was already involved in plans for video production, with an anticipated release date in late 2018 to early 2019.

The Pied Piper: Love and Redemptionwas released worldwide on Black Friday, November 24th, 2017 – and can be purchased online at Amazon.
