Joe Sanchez, An NYPD Super Cop On A New TV Series

March, 2017 – Executive Producer, Wilfredo Aqueron, proudly announces the development of a new TV series based on Joe Sanchez’s story while serving as a New York police officer. The TV series named (Badge 3712)will capture in fine details how the strong and brave officer often called the “super cop” and the “arrest machine” by the New York City media in the 1980s survived and handled the tough streets of New York while caring when other officials did not.

In only a style peculiar to Joe, he arrested hundreds of criminals, most of them  being drug dealers, rapists, and murderer’s.  He poured his heart into his profession, and sooner rather than later became a threat and annoyance to some of his superiors. After doing the unthinkable, the one-time top 10 officer in New York was later framed, arrested on false charges and would later become exonerated, even after his innocence was proven he continues to fight for cleaning his name.

“ I am more than Proud to be working with Joe Sanchez,  Listening to his amazing anecdotes makes me realize how fortunate it is for me to be able to produce this up and coming TV show.”Says WifredoAqueron.

Badge 3712 is set to be a compelling yet tragic story. The TV series will capture the joys, the pain and the bitter insider betrayal that Joe suffered while trying to fight for the common good of the city.
