Dr. Eric Nach, Ph.D., M.Ed., A.S.D. Cert. is a developmental and behavioral specialist. He has over 25 years’ experience in offering treatment and education to children, teens, young adults, and their families. His experience stems from working as a therapist for nearly a decade in psychiatrist hospitals and later 18 years as a special education teacher and chairman at the Palm Beach County School District. 

Dr. Eric is the president of Nach Academy, which focuses on innovative learning. The academy offers both online and in person courses to empower students in high school, college, and beyond! These courses target both soft skills and executive functioning skills. Dr. Nach has developed unique courses for the Academy that combine concepts and theories from the fields of psychology, education and business. The courses target real life skills that are essential to improving student success during the formative school years and beyond. Some of the courses include:
•    Conflict resolution: The course equips learners with conflict resolution skills to enhance college, high school and career success.

Dr. Nach has spent more than 17 years as a special educator, creating and implementing programs and plans for the learners with special needs. His experience and expertise includes ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, language impairments, learning disabilities, NVLD, anxiety, obsessive compulsiveness and shyness among many others. 
Dr. Nach runs a learning and counseling center, the Support for Students Growth Center with a team of other professionals where they provide counseling, social skills groups, post transitioning programs, executive functioning programs, educational consulting, and therapeutic spring, summer and winter camps. They also offer weekly therapeutic social skills groups to help children and young adults with perceptual and social challenges. Some topics covered in the weekly groups include joining conversations, body language and perception reading. 
Dr. Nach is also a consultant with a number of schools and universities. One of the great marks in his career was creating and training the Autism Endorsement Courses at Lynn University in Boca Raton, Florida. 

Dr. Nach’s book Instructional Use of Research-Based Interventions For: Students With Autism Spectrum Disorders to assist administrators, parents, educators and other professionals to improve education, counseling and training for adolescents and children with ASD. 
The doctor and his wife own a certified therapy dog to help clients with depression, anxiety and anger get more comfortable with therapies offered by Dr. Nach and other professionals at their center.
