SAN ANTONIO (Aug. 3, 2016) – Langley & Banack, Inc. is pleased to announce that Marc Stroope has been invited to join the prestigious Claims and Litigation Management Alliance (CLM). CLM is a nonpartisan alliance comprised of thousands of insurance companies, corporations, corporate counsel, litigation and risk managers, claims professionals and attorneys. The only national organization of its kind, the CLM currently has more than 30,000 Members and Fellows. Selected attorneys and law firms are extended membership by invitation only based on nominations from CLM Fellows.
Through education and collaboration, the organization’s goals are to create a common interest in the representation by firms of companies, and to promote and further the highest standards of litigation management in pursuit of client defense.
Stroope has extensive experience representing individuals and businesses in construction litigation matters. He has represented owners, design professionals, contractors and subcontractors in complex multi-party construction disputes regarding non-performance or defective performance, delay and impact claims and design omissions or defects, and other matters.
Stroope is one of eight attorneys in Texas, and one of only two in San Antonio, with LEED® credentials; he is certified as a LEED® Green Associate by the Green Building Certification Institute. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science from Texas Tech University and J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law.
