An American Hero Advances his Mission to Serve and Protect thru Paradise Valley Duct Cleaning Service

Navy veteran and reserve officer draws on worthwhile skill to enter a suitable occupation to fit his style

Paradise Valley AZ-- When Vince Divarco acquired his DUCTZ duct cleaning operation in 2007 his friends and loved ones were worried about his business succeeding amid a difficult economy. They asked if a duct cleaning company could endure with so many houses and commercial buildings in foreclosure. They also wondered about his industry of choice considering his prior experience in the military.

Although Divarco did not have previous experience in the heating, ventilation and air conditioning industry, he recognized a number of parallels involving his military career and his new business, such as working outside in temperature levels in the 120s. The 12-year Navy lieutenant commander and reserve officer also brings leadership skills to the table.

When Divarco got back from his second deployment to the Middle East he was employed by a transportation company that went out of business in 2007. Drawing on his military experience in management, and an economics degree from the University of Arizona and previous career experience, Divarco understood business and made up his mind to follow his dream of being his own boss.

When the mortgage meltdown led to multiple foreclosures Divarco shifted his air duct cleaning ( concentration from new houses to repossessed homes and servicing financial institutions and new home buyers. He also has a number of commercial clients including a government contract with the Air Force. In addition, he has provided services to high-profile clients who need discretion.

Vince Divarco has acquired the appreciation of area citizens and business operators for his dedication to executing the job right every time to satisfy and go beyond customer expectations. Customer feedbacks are confirmation of his commitment to distinction in the home service industry.

Scottsdale entrepreneur, Fadel Ghadanfar of Desert Comfort Mechanical shared, "These guys are always ready to work and always with a smile on their face. It doesn't matter what the job is. Vince is honest, caring, dedicated and very passionate about his work."

DiVarco's quick response to emergency scenarios is one reason Anthony Piazza, general manager of Belfor Property Restoration has utilized the local duct cleaning company. Piazza has called DiVarco to handle matters for medical centers, assisted living facilities and colleges where compromised HVAC systems can create unwholesome living conditions if not remedied promptly. "It's impressive that a guy who spends so much time serving his country in the reserves finds time to make sure we are still taken care," said Piazza.
