Do Not Worry: New Self-Help Book Teaches the Path to Inner Peace

The world today is troubled indeed. Still, every individual can enjoy inner peace.

Denver, CO – The world today is one of worry, anxiety, and fear – a natural part of the human experience – but there is a path to happiness and inner peace. Do Not Worry, Do Not Be Anxious, Do Not Be Afraid, the new self-help book from psychiatric therapist Thomas Lamb, shows readers the way. The newly released book is published by Outskirts Press.

The world lives in troubled times, with worry, anxiety and fear everywhere. However, dwelling on anxiety-provoking thoughts can cause exquisite pain, both emotionally and physically. Man needs to hear God saying, “I’m driving the bus … you have nothing to worry about.” Author Thomas Lamb’s soothing collection of messages is taken from Scriptures, guiding readers to find the peace of mind that comes from having faith in God and following His path.

The ink on the scriptures is never dry. It is as though it has just been written for the world today. Within them, there are 200 sites where God’s people are directed not to worry, not to be anxious and not to be afraid. Like a loving father, God wants His children to remember that He is driving the bus, and He is urging them to let go of their fears and trust in Him. If His faithful pay attention to these messages, each man and woman can leave worry, anxiety and fear behind. Each individual can enjoy a calm, peaceful mental state in spite of whatever difficulties arise. And that is the goal of Do Not Worry, Do Not Be Anxious, Do Not Be Afraid.

This book quotes the 200 passages from Scripture where God directs his children not to worry, not be anxious and not be afraid. Like a loving father, God repeats this message to his children – to understand it and to live by it.
