Milford Towing Service Applauds Nearby Novi Police for Pulling Over Holiday Driving Offenders

Milford Township, MIOakview Towing, a locally owned towing service in Milford, applauds Novi police department for pulling people over during this holiday season. While this is a nerve-wracking experience for so many, especially during the holidays, Novi Police are taking a different approach this year.

For some, Novi police are actually making their holiday season when they get pulled over because they are randomly giving our $25 Target gift cards. Officer Anthony Avant loves this part of his job, “"Not only are you building trust with the community, but you're actually helping someone during the holiday season.”

The owner of Oakview Towing was excited when he heard that Novi police were up to this again. “So often you hear people who fear police, or resent them helping to protect us. It is not very often that the tables are turned and people are excited to have an interaction with police officers. This is one reason we are so excited to part of the Oakland County tow truck service network, partnering with law enforcement agencies like Novi.”

The Oakview Towing rep concluded, “We would all do well to remember that police put their lives on the line for each of us every day. We should offer them our respect, and remember they are people like you and I who are doing a job that we depend on.”

Whether you are on Novi’s nice or naughty list this season, Oakview Towing whishes area residents the merriest and safest of holiday seasons.
