Zapmicro Collaborates with Octasic to Provide Better Network Implementations

August 13, 2007 -- /prbuzz/ --Lecanto, Fl – August 12, 2007 - Zapmicro partners with Octware, the pioneer in Echo Cancellation Software. Zapmicro Asterisk hardware will now come with Echo Cancellation to provide one of the clearest communication qualities in the VoIP world.

Network implementations like contact centers need not invest a large sum for Echo Cancellation Hardware now that Zapmicro bundles an Echo Cancellation Software with their analog telephony / asterisk cards. Octware’s echo cancellation significantly reduces the background noise especially in conference calls.

Octasic provides echo cancellation and voice quality enhancement products. Their hardware solutions have been deployed in Digium cards (64 and 128 channels and up) and in Sangoma’s entire product line to ensure the delivery of superior voice quality.
