He will be presenting with Mary Jo Lafaye of WFHM. Eric Heckman recently earned the Certified Liability Advisor (CLA) designation.
The program is offered to homeowners 62 and over. It provides them options on how to stay in the home they love and not go through the cost and possibility taxes of selling a home. The programs also empowers the retired community to enjoy their retirement, protect their assets and savings from risk, and still leave a legacy to loved ones.
Eric was quoted as saying: “My main reason for speaking on Reverse Mortgages is that there is too much misinformation and myths surrounding them. Retirees need to know all the options open to them and how they can make the most of their retirement.”
Eric has been a financial advisor in the San Jose & Silicon Valley area for more than 15 years. His other designations include Certified Financial Planner® or CFP®, LUTCF, CLU, and ChFC.
