Oct 29, 2007 -- /prbuzz/ --Oct 29, 2007 Las Vegas, Nevada, In brief, Int’l Turnkey Services, Inc. (ITS) developed the cyclonic air rotary dryer technology and design for the purpose of demoisturizing waste organic sludges generated by municipalities, agricultural and industrial industries.

The elimination of the water content from these products results from the introduction of super-heated air introduced by a blower from a heater box into a 10 ton capacity rotary drum. The cyclonic effect of the air pulverizes the sludge which allows quick absorption of moisture by the hot air. Thus, the raw mass product can be reduced by as much as a 5-to-1 ratio. Comparatively, 5 truck loads of waste transported daily to a land fill or land spreading site for disposal is reduced to only one truck load. This saves handling, transportation and disposal costs of 4 truck loads.

To prevent any harmful emissions, waste air is directed through a wet scrubber.

The system is transportable and can be set up in modular configuration for large projects.

Additional benefits of the drying process is the destruction of all pathogenic bacteria, viruses and offensive odors, while preserving the organic fertilizer values of the waste products.

The processed matter is no longer a waste it now becomes an EPA approved Class A and/or Exceptional Quality bio-mass plant nutrient product which can now be given away or marketed.

Markets and end product users include golf courses, sod growers, horticulture and silverculture operations, landscapers, farmers and gardeners, etc.; and contaminated property remediation such as lagoon closures and brownfields for reuse or redevelopment.

Five years of research and development involving several universities and EPA sanctioned independent laboratories has proven that the ITS Cyclonic Air Rotary Dryer™ system is totally effective in processing bio-solids (sewer sludge), animal and poultry manures and other agriculture processed by-waste, fish and aquatic process waste, industrial non-hazardous biological sludges, various paper mill wastes, all of which can be recycled as a fertilizer, animal or fish food or supplemental heating fuel for steam boilers.
