PRBUZZ: Press Release Distribution Services - W.I.N.S. (Women-Insight-Networking-Services) kickoff meeting and 'marketing' program

Sep 14, 2007 -- /prbuzz/ --Geneva, Illinois :------- Kaneland W.I.N.S. (Women-Insight-Networking-Service), will hold its September kickoff meeting on Tuesday, September 18, at the Mill Creek Golf Club, 39W525 Herrington Drive, in Geneva, Illinois . Networking begins at 11:30 a.m., with lunch and a presentation to follow, ending at 1:00 p.m.

This month’s speaker is Lorrie Walters Marsiglio, (of St. Charles ), a public relations and marketing expert, and author of ‘101 Free Publicity, Marketing and Networking Ideas that Get Results.’

Marsiglio, a 25 year veteran instructor, consultant, journalist, radio and cable TV talk show host and producer, will offer innovative first-hand PR and marketing ideas to help the membership learn how to attract the media, new clients, and increase their bottom line. As both the interviewer, and the interviewee, on radio and TV programs across the U.S. and Canada , she has helped her audiences achieve their goals without spending a fortune, by using their own unique creativity.

This month’s service project is Conley Outreach. Please bring very gently used medium size teddy bears, or Beanie Baby bears for the Teddy Bear Grief Care Programs.

The Kaneland W.I.N.S. group is a not-for-profit networking and philanthropic organization for women throughout the area, providing personal and professional development, and service to our community.

Our group meets monthly September through May. Each monthly meeting offers insightful speakers, networking and service opportunities along with a fabulous lunch.
