Dec 06, 2007 -- /prbuzz/ --Bangalore, December 6, 2007: Vitage Technologies, a pioneering BSM (Business Service Management) company, today announced that they have signed an agreement with TTK Healthcare Services Pvt. Ltd. to handle their IT operations as the managed services partner.
In this role Vitage will be managing TTK’s Data Centre, Applications, Network and the Service Desk on a 24x7 basis. Vitage will also provide direct support in critical locations like Chennai, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Delhi and 15 more locations across the country. As TTK Healthcare Services embarks on a major technology expansion, upgrading the IT infrastructure will keep them ahead of competition and build better customer experience through efficiency of services.
According to S. Krishnamurthy, Chief Executive Officer, TTK Healthcare Services, “Technology has played a very critical role in our business from day one. We have always looked at how using technology we can enhance the customer experience and also provide faster turnaround in processing the claims.
