US Bank USB Loses Dismissal of $450 Million Dollar Escrow Lawsuit

Kansas City, MO -- Apr 09, 2007 -- /prbuzz/ -- Medical Supply Chain founder Samuel Lipari's lawsuit for $450 million dollars allegedly lost in an Escrow contract with US Bank and US Bancorp was ordered returned to US District Court for the District of Kansas where it had been originally filed on October 22, 2002. US Bancorp and Ernst & Young LLP have omitted this liability on Securities and Exchange Commission filings.

The lawsuit is Lipari v U.S. Bancorp, et al, Western District of Missouri Case # 06-1012-CV-W-FJG.United States District Judge Hon. Fernando J. Gaitan, Jr. ordered the lawsuit returned to US District Court for the District of Kansas on April 4, 2007 because of the plaintiff Samuel Lipari's related Medical Supply Chain litigation in that jurisdiction against Novation LLC. KS Dist. Court Case # 05-2299. Judge Hon. Fernando J. Gaitan, Jr. did not grant the US Bancorp defendants' motion to dismiss.
