Pre-shopping advice on buying goods or services.
Educate consumer rights.
Advise if there is a problem or disagreement with the supplier or service provider.
Assist members in seeking redressal for their consumer complaints. The inbound support team consists of Legal councilors backed up by Attorney Firms. They suggest the course of action to be taken, based on the nature of complaint. If required myrights9to9.com lawyers prepare legal notice on behalf of the member. In case the suite has to be contested in consumer court etc., the member can have choice to choose a lawyer from our panel at discounted rates or appoint their own Lawyer.
All members are provided Personal Accidental and Disability Insurance cover for Rs. 1 lac from Oriental Insurance Co. A photo ID card is issued, which has the Insurance policy number on the backside of the card.
All members get a free subscription of “Desvidesh” Magazine which is bimonthly magazine. The magazine focuses on Changing Lifestyle of Indians living globally.
