Sep 10, 2007 -- /prbuzz/ --Actors, musicians, artists, writers & even owners are being sought for what is believed to be the first theatre owned and operated solely by members, family & friends of the TransGender community in the Pacific Northwest.
After having successfully completed the male to female gender surgery in June, Shelby Wallace decided to find a way to contribute in promoting to the non Transgender community, the positives that come from completing the transition from either male to female or female to male.
“I decided that the non Transgender community needed to see that people who are in the transition phase or those who are finished, have as much or more to offer that is positive. It’s also another way for us to tell our story. Being part of this unique community gives each individual & their friends & family, a story to tell. What better way to do that than thru theatre. The first performance will be in August of 2008.”
