Paul Swiderski, republican candidate for the 10th Congressional District, was given the opportunity to speak at the Exeter Township council meeting Monday evening. After thanking the members of the council for allowing Paul floor time, Paul introduced himself to the attendees and spoke very briefly about himself.
"I am proud to say that I live here in town with my beautiful wife and three wonderful children... Like many residents of northeastern Pennsylvania, I make a living as a small business owner. As a well-respected businessman, I earned a reputation as someone who's honest, trustworthy, and as someone who cares about the people of northeastern Pennsylvania. I assure you that when I get elected into Congress, that reputation will not change."
Paul is among four republican candidates vying for the chance to oust first-time incumbent Chris Carney.
