Macecevic Takes a Chance with Taylor and Wins!

Cleveland Based Entrepreneur Steven Macecevic is definately no stranger to business or adversity. Growing up in Cleveland Ohio and from blue collar family, Macecevic learned at a young age that poverty and struggling with a 9-5 was not the way he wanted to live his life. From owning a lawncare service to a vending company and everything in between while in his early 20's, Macecevic uses an Aggressive business attitude to compete successfully in the marketplace. "I have been fighting my entire life, whether it is in a business deal or fighting a guy on the street, I use the same mentality, never ever give up and never backdown." That is why Macecevic decided to venture into the wild and crazy world of cage fighting. "I am to old to compete in MMA, at 33 my body just can not handle the stress of this sport, believe me I train with some heavy hitters 2-3 days a week and love every minute of it, but I can still be involved on the surface through my new company SKO."

SKO stands for "Strike Knockout" . Macecevic explaines that a Strike can be any type of movement to attack your opponent. "I love Striking, you can finish off a guy with one solid strike if you know what your doing. Whether it be a punch, head kick, or a double leg takedown your striking and your coming hard!" SKO is a clothing line geared toward MMA fighters (cage fighers) boxers, and fans. Macecevic knew that in order to compete in the saturated world of MMA apparel he was going to have to carefully select a few up and coming fighters to sponsor to get his company's name out there. "I literally reviewed hours of tapes to find the first fighter I was going to sponsor" says Macecevic. That is why he chose Cleveland Fighter Torrance "the tyrant" Taylor. Macecevic explains "Torrance is one of the most talented and exciting fighters I have ever seen, from his high flying spin kicks to his fierce boxing abilities this kid is something special, what the cage fighting fan is looking for, thats why I decided to go with Taylor, even though he was a huge underdog against Jason Dent a UFC vet, I had a good feeling about him and this fight, and I was right!" Torrance "the tyrant" Taylor defeated Dent after five grueling rounds by split decision and winning the NAAFS middle weight championship belt. Look for Torrance to be picked up by the UFC very soon.
