Sonesta Jaco Resort Holds Open House This Week

Jaco Beach, Costa Rica –01/03/08--The Sonesta Jaco Resort will be holding an open house from 01/05/08 to 01/12/08. Refreshments will be served, including tropical fruit and punch.

The Sonesta Jaco Resort, located at the entrance to Jaco Beach, Costa Rica, will be holding an open house to showcase buildings J4 and J6. These buildings have just been topped-off, and work on the interior of the buildings has begun. The open house will be held at the Sales Center, located at the front of the property, along the Costanera Highway, at the entrance to Jaco. The open house will be held from January 5th to January 12th, from 9 A.M. to 4 P.M. daily. Refreshments, including tropical fruit and punch, will be served.

Those in attendance will have the opportunity to tour the 10 acre construction site and view the progress of buildings J4 and J6. Piles and foundation work for the entire project have been completed, and building J5 is well underway. Steel for the other three buildings in phase one is being delivered, and construction of those buildings is scheduled to begin soon.

While attending the open house, sales personnel will be available to show site plans, and to explain financing options for the condo hotel units still in inventory. Over 70% of the units have been sold-out to date.
