SAXA TO BREAK GROUND ON OFFICE CONDOS IN THE VALLEY’S DENSE COMMERCIAL CORE AT SHEA AND TATUM BOULEVARDS

Scottsdale, Ariz. – Jan. 3, 2008 – SAXA (formerly Shea Commercial), industry leader as the nation’s largest developer of office condos and a leading developer of mixed-use projects, announced today groundbreaking of its 44,000-square-foot office condominium community on the Valley’s high-traffic corridor of Shea Boulevard west of Tatum.
