RE/MAX AGENT OFFERS TO SELL HOMES FOR FREE!

Christopher Benedict, a Realtor with RE/MAX Main Line is attempting to raise $100,000 for charities in 2007. Mr. Benedict will list properties and sell them for free. if they agree to make a sizable donation to a local charity. This offer is open for all of April 2007. Mr. Benedict felt the need to really do something out of the ordinary to help raise awareness.

Christopher Benedict, known in the Philadelphia area as the "Big Guy", is a Realtor who never follows the norm. In an effort to raise $100,000 for charity in 2007, Mr. Benedict is willing to list properties and sell them for free. Anyone who wants to sell their home in the Philadelphia and surrounding counties can qualify, with certain restrictions. Of course, there is one catch. The sellers must agree to make a 1% donation (1% of the gross sales price) to a local charity of their choice. This offer is open for all of April 2007. Mr. Benedict, who along with his wife, has helped raise over $25,000 for childhood cancer and believes that people need to always be aware of why giving is so important. He hopes that people take this offer seriously, because he is serious about giving back.

Christopher Benedict has been involved in real estate since 1997 when he began as an investor flipping homes. This interest carried over into the decision to become a Realtor and help buyers, sellers and investors full time. In addition to being a Realtor, he is preparing to launch a mortgage company in 2007 as well as a real estate investment club.
