CHICAGO--February 14, 2007-- War is so last Millennium! "Harsh aggression and control has us on the brink of global destruction. It is time for a vastly different approach," says Peggy Pattison, Management and Leadership Expert, Founder, Women Power Unlimited. "New generations of women and men are living in a world with an old leadership style which no longer serves us."

"A new Millennium calls for a new direction and a new approach, says Pattison, "how far has being mean and aggressive gotten women and men anyway?" Many of the women who have made it in today's world must dress like men and behave in a masculine model in order to break through “glass ceilings”! Today, still only 14.5% of women are on corporate Boards across America and still only 15% are in top spots in our government.

With history being made by Nancy Pelosi as Speaker of the House and Hilary Clinton running for President, it is clear that our country is looking for change through Feminine Principles. It is time for women to take a united and positive stand for World Peace.

Leading, Speaking, and Being has to be collaborative and relationship building has to begin with each one of us, including President Bush.
 
Pattison calls on each woman, man, and organization in our country to take a bi-partisan stand and send a message for the collaborative end of War. We must unite for Peace and Healing in the World.
