Ghana begins massive cross-cultural diversity training program

Ghana recognizes the need to embrace diversity among their citizenry. Here is their unique program. ROCHESTER HILLS, Mich, USA (December 11, 2007). The Ghana National Exchange Programme School has been developed by the Ghana Country Award Council to promote cross-cultural diversity.

Beginning in the first semester of 2008, the program brings 32 students from each of the 48 Second Cycle Schools selected from six regions throughout the Western African nation. This means a total of 1,600 students will be enrolled in the program, making it one of the largest diversity programs operated at the Junior and Senior High School level.
