Here is one of our event professional to keep and eye on, and he is under 40 years old.
Who He Is: Irving J. Julien, 24 is the Creative Sales Direcor for The Design Group, a national special event with offices located in Las Vega, Dallas, and Orlando company that creativly designs and produce all-inclusive themed events.
In The Beginning: Born adn raised on St. Croix, US Virgin Islands, Julien was just 14 when he was responsible for creating local events for the Virgin Islands community. He then founded the Teen with Class Entertainment Group, which conducted annual events throughout the Caribbean. He has also worked as the assistant to the director of sales for the Sherton Grand Resort, Paradise Island, Bahamas before joining ME Productions in there special events theme department.
What to look our for: Julien will be working with his company on the 25th Anniversary Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation gala. He has already begun working on producing a "Long Live New Orleans" theme gala for 2008 adn plans on opening a branch of his compay back in the Caribbean.
