Pastor Lyle Dukes & Co-Pastor Deborah Dukes host the Ministry of Excellence Empowerment Conference

Oct 03, 2007 -- /prbuzz/ --The conference, open to everyone, will be held in the Washington, D.C. suburbs, and is hosted by Pastor Lyle Dukes and Co-Pastor Deborah Dukes of the Harvest Life Changers Church. Other speakers include Bishop Harry Jackson, of the Hope Christian Church in College Park, Maryland, Pastor J.E. Sturdivant of Faith United Ministries in District Heights, MD, and Pastor Luke Torian of First Mount Zion Baptist Church in Dumfries, VA. Special guest artists include the anointed gospel legend Tramaine Hawkins and the exciting gospel sensation Kelly Price.

With the theme “The Year of the Open Door,” the conference is designed to present the tools to help make ministry become more effective by providing seminars covering nearly every aspect of ministry. Dynamic workshops include Maximizing Church Growth, Building an Effective Singles Ministry, Developing Purpose Driven Youth Programs and Building an Effective Choir and Music Ministry.
