Pac Bank Mortgage growth is unprecedented, Dean Hansen increase territory

In the past 4 years, by introducing the additional capabilities of Pac Banc Mortgage to local homebuilders, Dean has seen a significant improvement in production for the builders whom he services. Many homebuilders use Pac Banc Mortgage as a “second look” or back-up lender to their in house arrangement. Upon seeing the significant increase in closing statistics, some have welcomed Pac Banc Mortgage to have first right of refusal of all applications and contracts. This allows Pac Banc Mortgage to increase volume and provide a higher level of service within those organizations by using a more streamlined process and dedicated personnel. Pac Banc Mortgage also provides additional funding sources directly to builders for land acquisition and construction costs. Additionally, Pac Banc Mortgage still caters to those builders with low volume and continues to provide a high standard of service to them as well.

Mr. Hansen’s duties will include the builder piece as he is performing now and will add several facets with his new calling as Director of Client Relations. He will be duplicating his process and success that he had with the Builder Relations duties by adding value to financial institutions such as Capital One, Comerica and Bank of America and also Real Estate Professionals.

Dean Hansen will position Pac Banc Mortgage as a “second look” lender for the lending institutions that desire seamless customer service when a home loan transaction is not approved in-house. Pac Banc Mortgage will reinforce the relationship between the lending institution and their customer by edifying the bank and encouraging the customer to continue banking business with that institution. The vehicle for accomplishing this is encouraging cross selling within the entire lending institution.

For example: if a market manager refers a self employed borrower to Pac Banc Mortgage to take cash out of the equity in their home to bolster their business , we will encourage the customer to strategize with the market manager on how to best position their company with the cash injection.

Mortgage guidelines are very strict; some banks desire to only provide mortgage loans to very qualified borrowers. If a borrower needs to go to another bank in their search for the desired mortgage loan…that other bank may capture their full service banking needs such as checking and savings accounts, lines of credit, investment accounts, etc. Many full service banks have a target of cross selling and capturing a minimum of 5 products with each customer they encounter. Because Pac Banc Mortgage is strictly a mortgage lender, it is our business model to develop cross selling relationships within financial institutions such as Capital One, Comerica and Bank of America, therefore helping them to retain the full service banking products with those customers that they refer to Pac Banc Mortgage.
