Houston releases her book of poetry Simple Complexity: A Uneek Reflection of Love. Her book is published and release through K & K Houston Publishing a ompany owned by Keanna and her husband.

Simple Complexity is a collection of poetic writings composed from 1993 – 2006 that encompass the author’s life and all of the many challenges young females face. It is a collection of poetry in which the author journeys through life in an effort to find out who she is and what love means. Many of the poems encompass the very essence of what she is feeling love is and her unyielding desire to love in that manner. Though many of the poems are a young child’s flight of imagination, of love and life and what love should be. You can undoubtedly see Keanna’s evolution from the beginning of her poetic journey (1993) until the present in which we can see her grow, mature, and learn both emotionally, spiritually and in her writing.
