No need for Musicians to sell Songs
December 18, 2007
Dec 19, 2007 -- /prbuzz/ --The platform for online music collaboration, v-band.de, launched a new – sponsorship based – solution for musicians to get paid without the need to sell own songs. The idea is simple: every music interested visitor of v-band.de could browse for interesting songs and choose the musicians who should get sponsored with any preferred amount.

“Currently we send nearly 15 sponsorships per month to our musicians”, announced Thorsten Huber, CEO of v-band.de. “That’s how we support active musicians – and that’s probably more than they could earn with selling completed songs. We launched this possibility before two months and we’re very surprised how this idea is accepted by the visitors and members of the community.”, Thorsten Huber continued.

The idea is based on a simple Web 2.0 idea. As more a member provides good quality ideas for music projects – as higher the chance that visitors will find the work, like it and sponsor it. This in an accepted way, nearly every second day one transaction in December is nothing to hide.

The complete income of the sponsorship gets forwarded to the selected musician. Without any further commitments the transaction process is secure, easy and free for all parties concerned.

On v-band.de musicians around the world create music online – independent from time or geographical region. The platform is completely free for musicians, promotion tools such as audio players for websites and MySpace Profiles helps to get the results heard.

Always with a view on the main target, getting musicians together for collaborative work, the big difference to other collaboration sites is the “Human Factor”. Moderators and Administrators on v-band.de help fast and effective with any kind of questions, manage projects very professional and support artists in a unique way.

“We provide tools for an effective communication and collaboration process, everything around must get done by real people.”, Thorsten Huber finished.
