New Waste Management System poises great threat to trucking industry.
Livestock Operators need 5,000 Dryers

Oct 22, 2007 -- /prbuzz/ --Newport Beach, California – 10/22/2007 -- A new revolutionary method to process raw manures generated by livestock feeding and farming operations could quickly become a blessing towards efforts to prevent wide-spread water and air pollution, and an opportunity to beneficially recycle the organic end product.

Int’l Turnkey Services, Inc. (ITS), a Nevada corporation, www.Cleaning-Earth.com is poised to commercially introduce its newly developed waste sludge heat-drying technology to industry facilities which will require a minimum of 5,000 ITS systems to address the annual generation of 500 million tons of manures from the approximately 1.3 million farms holding livestock in the U.S. About 238,000 of these are animal feeding operations according to E.P.A. reports.

The ITS endeavor is timely as the U.S. E.P.A., concerned with constant pollution discharges, has issued grants and directives to two environmental research companies to provide comprehensive assessments and recommendations to operators according to assistant administrator, Benjamin H. Grumbles.

The project will also help operators establish a nutrient management plan which specifies volumes of manure that can be applied to crops to minimize run off to waterways.

The ITS Cyclonic Air Rotary Dryer Process™ sanitizes the waste and demoisturizes the sludge- like manures while eliminating foul odor and reducing the mass volume by as much as a 5-to-1 ratio. This procedure greatly reduces the chance of water runoff and air pollution. The safe, friendly, easy to handle end product now conforms to user application management practices.
