Lowell Beebe-Center to Serve as General Manager

SHELTON, CT – March 2, 2007 – New Castle Hotels & Resorts, a leading third-party hotel management and development company, has acquired the Hawthorn Suites in Arlington, Mass. New Castle owns and will manage the 100-suite hotel located at 1 Massachusetts Ave., Arlington, Mass.

Lowell Beebe-Center, who has spearheaded the launch of numerous New Castle properties, will serve as general manager. He was most recently general manager at New Castle’s Courtyard by Marriott in Shelton, Conn.

Minutes from downtown Boston and its many attractions, the Hawthorn Suites in Arlington offers spacious one-bedroom, studio and extended-stay suites, full or efficiency kitchens, exercise facilities, video cassette players and on-site guest laundry and valet service.
