ABOUT AUTHOR
Leigh Johnstone is 18 years of age and is a writer and actor from Kent. He has been writing poem’s and short stories since he was 13.
His poem ‘ swords and spears’ was placed in the book ‘Thoughts in corners’ which was endorsed by Poet Laureate Andrew Motion.

He has continued to write poems of all kinds, from War poetry which his poem ‘ This day’ which is about trench warfare in World War One, won best writing at his school when he was only in year eight, and was highly praised by his teachers. Through to romantic poems like ‘Bench Lovers’ which see’s him explain the high and lows of a relationship.
