MCN HEALTHCARE ANNOUNCES NEW LEADERSHIP

Denver, Colo., Jan. 8, 2008 - MCN Healthcare, a leading provider of regulatory compliance solutions for the healthcare industry today announced the promotion of Steve Johnsen to the position of Chief Executive Officer. Johnsen succeeds Amanda Valeur, company founder, who will continue serving as president and who will focus on managing MCN’s growing international market.

Mr. Johnsen joined the company in 2004 as director of financial operations and has since moved to oversee all aspects of product development and technology systems at MCN. He has held key positions within the healthcare and biomedical industries for the past nine years and is a graduate of Brown University.
