Sep 17, 2007 -- /prbuzz/ --Milwaukee, WI September 17, 2007 -- It Came From Lake Michigan, Wisconsin's Premiere Independent Genre Film Festival, celebrating the art of Horror, Science Fiction, and Fantasy Filmmaking announces the full lineup of films and classes for it's 2007 Festival.

It Came From Lake Michigan returns to the Milwaukee area October 25-28th, 2007 at The Tommy G. Thompson Center in Wisconsin State Fair Park, West Allis, WI just minutes from downtown Milwaukee. Tickets are on-sale now through the official website, http://www.itcamefromlakemichigan.com

Friday, October 26
1:00pm - Risk and Insurance for Film Makers: instructed by Pete Karas.
2:00pm - Stunts: Debbie Kahana of Stunts R Us will give talk on stunts and stunt co-ordinating. Class may be relocated outside or in Hellfire room.
3:00pm - SAG: Screen Actors Guild Member Debbie Kahana will speak on getting a SAG card and answer questions
4:00pm - Dr Who/Torchwood Discussion: Go Behind-the-scenes of these hit BBC Series' with Carole E. Barrowman, Professor of English Alverno College Carole will be discussing her on set experiences. She is the sister of John Barrowman (Capt Jack Harkness) and has a very unique take.
6:00pm - Advice to Film Makers from a reviewer. Duane Martin of Rouge Cinema will present.
7:00pm - Chad Vader Panel: Aaron Yonda and Matt Slone will be on-hand to discuss thier YouTube and MySpace phenomenon, Chad Vader! Please note that neither Chad nor Darth can make this year's event. Chad is working double shifts and Darth is hunting nasty rebels.

8-9pm - Open Rooms. Feel free to gather and talk about what you will. Doors will be locked at 10pm

12:00pm - Breaking into Acting: A round table of actors discussing how they started their careers
1:00pm - Stunts: See Friday Class
2:00pm - From Shorts to Features: Peter John Ross of Sonnyboo.com will discuss how to make the jump from short films to features.
3:00pm - Special FX Workshop: Mike Conway will speak of how to do SFX via old-school methods and with the help of computers.
5:00pm - Marketing for Independent Film: James Zahn of Death Walks the Streets & Baby Galigo Studios will discuss the do's and don't's of indie film marketing, and the use of social networking and Web 2.0.
6:00pm - Care & Feeding of Composers: Mars will discuss working with composers in scoring your film.
7:00pm - Acting Games: Maureen Bolog of Actorscraft will lead an educational acting workshop
8:00pm - Open Room: Come and talk you never know who just might drop in.
