Is This The Last Holiday Season?

According to prophecy expert Chris Pascal, this holiday season could be the last before the second coming of Christ. "The seven-year tribulation began on September 11, 2001," argues Pascal, "Since then, Armageddon-like conditions have prevailed in many parts of the Middle East." Pascal points to the daily terrorist attacks in Iraq and the health effects suffered by the Iraqis and Afghans as a result from depleted uranium that were used in the bombs dropped in those countries. On her website "Armageddon Watch," Pascal also points out the fact that there are UN soldiers from all over the world stationed in Southern Lebanon. "That's very close to Har-Mageddon, and according to revelation, that is one of the major signs that the end is imminent."
"Armageddon Watch" presents the belief that Armageddon will remove the wickedness from the world, and that there will be many survivors who will live on afterwards in peace, good health, and in comfort. Although many dates for predicting Armageddon have been predicted in the past and then passed uneventfully, Pascal remains faithful. "Even if Armageddon doesn't come in 2008, there's still every sign that it will come soon. For the first time in history, you can argue that the end is coming without one quote from the Bible. The energy resources are running out, and there's the UN report on climate change predicting major natural disasters. Mankind is asking for far more from the earth that it has the resources to deliver. If God doesn't claim the world soon, it will simply collapse under the pressure.
