INTERNATIONAL VISION OF LIGHT

Winter who is funded by Arts Council England Grants for the arts programme starts her 10 day none stop exhibition programme at the ‘Wrangler’ THISISWANTED.EU four day event where Winter will show her light installation ‘vision of light’. Winter will also join the Arts Residency program at the famous ‘MAPP Arca Onlus’ museum and hospital for creativity & psychological rehab of persons with mental and physical disease, were she will explore the power of light within the atmosphere with the patients. The final exhibition of works will be at the ‘Museo D Arte Contemporanea Pado Pini, Una Notte al Museo 2007 this will see the end of the first stage of the international exhibition program.

Winter’s work is one of experience by exploring the complexities of light and how we perceive it both in a mental and physical sense. She encourages engagement from the participants who enter the work detaching them from the reality of the world in which we live.
