Growth Capital Group Expands It's New Nutraceutical Line Up To Help Combat "Bad" Cholesterol

WINNIPEG, Manitoba, CANADA, April 25 --/prbuzz/-- Nautilus Mineral Waters of
America, Inc., a company engaged in the development and marketing of proprietary, all-natural
nutraceutical beverages, announced today that for the United States launch of it’s new
heart-healthy cholesterol reducing Heart Start™ Water -- Growth Capital Group has agreed
offer a more comprehensive product line up with a slew of new enhanced Heart Start beverages
and snacks. The expanded new nutraceutical beverage line debuts at a time when the drug
industry makes about $33 billion selling cholesterol lowering drugs. But in their recent attempts
to come up with another new “blockbuster” they have failed.

Popular prescription drugs that lower cholesterol, like Lipitor, Zocor and Crestor, all members
of a family of drugs known as Statins -- have long been the drug maker’s highly profitable
cash-cows, generating overall sales well in excess of $200 billion over twenty years. Statins
have saved untold thousands of people from heart attacks and strokes. But the reign of these
medical miracles are coming to an end. Three of the high dollar cholesterol-cutters have already
lost patent protection (Merck’s Mevacor and Zocor, and Bristol-Myers Squibb’s Pravachol).
Lipitor goes generic in 2010, erasing $8 billion in United States sales for Pfizer. Heart Start’s
new line of heart-healthy beverages represents projected revenues of $88-100 million for 2007
for the company. The new nutraceutical waters are the first fruits of a continuing $200 million
dollar development effort by Growth Capital Group. However, compared to Big Pharma’s
portfolio of “blockbusters”, Heart Start nutraceutical beverages are just a drop in a bucket.

“Numerous health authorities and independent researchers have reviewed the data of numerous
clinical studies and have concluded that dietary intake of plant sterols is effective in lowering
LDL cholesterol.” says Richard H. Davis, President of Beverage Marketing USA, Inc., “Heart
Start Water may play an important role in preventing the build up of bad cholesterol on your
arteries for individuals who may be at risk for heart disease, the number one preventable killer in
the United States.” said Davis.

Heart Start Water is packaged in 500 mL wide-mouth sports drink bottles, it’s tag line says;
“Give Your Heart A Fresh Start!”. In addition, the label sports a bright red designer heart logo
and health statement in bold red on white graphics; “PROVEN TO HELP REDUCE
CHOLESTEROL”. In order to be included in the American Heart Association Heart-Check
program, the Heart Start brand has expanded into a line of heart-healthy snack foods which
meet the association’s criteria.

“Expanding our healthy beverage portfolio is an important strategic priority for Growth Capital
Group, and we believe that health conscious consumers will buy Heart Start Water in a
heart-beat!” said Gary Nelson, president and chief executive officer, Growth Capital Group.
“Everybody drinks bottled water, so why not lower your cholesterol and reduce your risk of
heart disease all at the same time.” said Nelson.
