Dec 10, 2007 -- /prbuzz/ --Las Vegas, Nevada--12/10/2007 This report features development of a global solution to treatment, disposal and nutrient management of municipality generated sewer sludge. The present production of nearly 2 billion tons per year is estimated to increase by 31.1 percent by 2008 according to Research and Markets, the largest provider of market research.
When Int’l Turnkey Services, Inc. (ITS) began a quest five years ago for an effective but economical method to process and treat bacteria-laden, odoriferous waste sludges which could then be recycled as soil nutrients little did its inventors realize the ITS Cyclonic Air Rotary Dryer™ heat technology would today loom as the world’s foremost solution to the overwhelming contributing pollution problem.
The Nevada Company focused on producing an EPA required sanitized Class A end product which could be used beneficially in agriculture applications.
Utilizing super-heated air introduced into a specially designed rotary drum the tumbling and cyclonic effect demoisturizes sludges and reduces the mass by as much as a 5-to-1 ratio thus reducing transportation and disposal costs.
The ITS patent pending solution is now one of the most economical, efficient and effective innovative means for also drying other materials like animal and poultry manures, agricultural and industrial by-products one can think of needing sanitation of bacteria, viruses and odor removed.
To prevent any harmful emissions a wet scrubbing system is employed for waste air and particulates.
The transportable ITS system can process up to 10 wet tons containing 80 percent moisture per hour.
The overall performance of the cyclonic air drying system qualifies it as the Class A solution to end the antiquated practice of Class B sewer sludge land spreading or land filling throughout the world.
The related cost of implementing this revolutionary technology is affordable to any size city or community and will help all maintain, on a global basis, compliance with regulations addressing pollution and nutrient management.
ITS is conducting the final assembly to the first of 10 cyclonic air rotary dryer systems scheduled for delivery in Romania in 2008.
Meanwhile, engineering reviews are nearing completion for 5 projects in Louisiana calling for the implementation of the ITS process systems. The Int’l Turnkey Services, Inc.’s mission is to address and prevent pollution economically and efficiently through sales or leasing of equipment is very near a global reality.
