FLEXA introduces the new FLEXA Inspiration bed, an innovative modular bed system with more options for height adjustability, design, and storage. One bed adapts to a child's changing needs year after year. New Options, New Look, New Ways for Parents to Save!
SUFFOLK, VA – FLEXA introduces the new FLEXA Inspiration bed, an innovative modular bed system with more options for height adjustability, design, and storage. One bed adapts to a child’s changing needs year after year.

FLEXA, the international leader in modular children’s bed systems, will debut the FLEXA Inspiration bed to retailers at the September ABC Kids Expo in Las Vegas and at the October High Point Furniture Market in North Carolina. Consumers will be able to purchase the items starting in January 2007.

The revolutionary new system allows parents to customize and change their kids’ bedrooms in new and exciting ways.

“FLEXA’s flexible modular system is core to our values,” says Peder Sorensen, President of FLEXA US. “You can change from a bed, to a loft, to a bunk and back again. The FLEXA Inspiration bed adds even more versatility. Now you can personalize the beds like no other.”


Height adjustable
Parents will appreciate the new height adjustable daybed as their child grows from a toddler to a school-aged child. With a simple metal addition to the legs, the bed is raised 5”. At this height, parents can add 12” deep under drawers (available in pink, blue, natural and white) to the bed for extra storage. At the lower height parents can also add a trundle drawer or trundle bed.


Decorative railings
The new customizable decorative railings and head and footboards are another innovation. Each piece is fitted with a thick plastic glass panel so you can insert one of FLEXA’s fun colorful papers (available in blue star pattern, blue stripe, pink floral pattern and pink stripe) or use your own decorations. Pictures of family and friends, posters, or the child’s artwork can adorn their bed. Change the décor any time. A whole new look is possible in minutes.


Modern round legs and joints
The FLEXA Inspiration bed is distinguished by its modern looking round legs accented by steel joints. The new design works well for children of all ages, and also matches FLEXA’s line of desks, tables, and other accessories.

Just like the classic FLEXA bed, the FLEXA Inspiration bed can be made into a day bed, a loft, or bunk. Bunks can also be configured into L-shape, or made into triple bunks.
