Apr 27, 2007 -- /prbuzz/ --  Nine years after the hugely successful launch of www.First4Fruit.com and www.first4hampers.com the team has done it again, with the creation of www.fruit4offices.com. The website went live in February 2007 after numerous requests. Offering a bespoke hamper service, it soon became apparent that many companies were designing fruit baskets to be enjoyed by their office staff. A more economical solution was designed by Chris Lundy with the fresh fruit office tray.

“We started with existing corporate customers, banks, law firms, and Oil companies, and from there the word has spread rapidly,” said partner Cat Lundy. Fresh fruit office trays are now being distributed on a timed service throughout the UK and Ireland.

Offering fresh fruit in the workplace is an effective tool for improving staff morale, improving staff absenteeism, boosting staff energy levels and motivation and generally creating a healthier and happier workplace. “The response has been so positive that we now have heads of companies setting up weekly deliveries to all the branches of their companies” said Chris Lundy.

First4Group is a fourth generation business having withstood the test of time by maintaining the highest quality standards. With the current success of Fruit4Offices as the leading supplier of fresh fruit to offices throughout the UK and Ireland it is clear that this is a team destined for success.
