November 1, 2006, Downers Grove, IL, DailyBitz, LLC, (www.dailybitz.com ) a new software company founded by women, announces the release of two innovative computer programs designed for teens and young adults aged 15-25. ChickBitz ™ and DudeBitz ™ deliver short, daily messages or “tidbitz” of character building guidance, inspirational thoughts and practical information. Kids receive these messages in a way they are used to obtaining information – via computer. (Patent Pending)
ChickBitz and DudeBitz were created by Cathy Giangrasse and Jill Highland, two mothers who through the experience of raising six children have become passionate about fighting the negative influences and misguided messages received by children today. Realizing this troubling information and advice is not always correct or healthy; Cathy and Jill developed a unique way to deliver meaningful messages through these innovative software programs. Each program contains 365 short, entertaining “tidbitz” on life regarding manners, health, safety, relationships, education, protecting personal information, and respecting other people. Every day a new message automatically appears on the computer. The messages appear on a cell phone for Chicks and on a game controller for Dudes. These programs are the new, high-tech versions of the old, desktop tear-offs.
Born out of love and dedicated to the well-being of young adults everywhere, ChickBitz and DudeBitz are entertaining and educational software programs for any young adult.
