Federal Court Vacates Contempt Orders Against Hollywood Producer/Director BJ Davis Obtained By Big S
November 27, 2007

(1888PressRelease) November 27, 2007 - Beverly Hills, CA – Earlier this month, Big Screen Entertainment Group (OTC: BSEG) obtained a
contempt order against Producer/Director BJ Davis in the U.S District Court, Central District of California, Case CV 06-3800 AHM (AJWx). This
hearing took place before Judge A. Howard Matz, in spite of the fact that BJ Davis was not notified of the hearing date. In attendance were recently
elected BSEG President Dave Zappone, formerly hired by BJ Davis as an actor for the feature film “Forget About It”, as well as BSEG representatives
Nicholas Browning and Michael Aaron Gardiner. During the hearing, court clerk Benjamin Moss claimed that an expedited minute order containing
hearing information was served by mail on October 26, 2007. BSEG attorney Michael Aaron Gardiner perpetuated this blatant misrepresentation, by
repeatedly claiming under oath to have received the same minute order by mail on October 29, 2007.

After Big Screen Entertainment Group widely publicized its alleged “major victory” in obtaining a contempt order against the company’s
creator/former President, BJ Davis filed an Ex Parte motion to vacate Judge A. Howard Matz’ written and oral orders related to the hearing, on the
grounds that the court had not provided notice of the hearing and that the Clerk’s Office had falsified the docket. This motion was supported by
docket printouts, showing that the minute order in question was created only after the hearing and was mailed to Mr. Davis six days after the
hearing. In spite of the overwhelming evidence submitted by BJ Davis, Judge Matz denied his application. BSEG Director Kimberley Kates, who was
hired by BJ Davis as an actress for the feature film “Forget About It” and later attempted to usurp complete control of the picture, proceeded to
disseminate worldwide press releases regarding the outcome of the contempt hearing.

BJ Davis proceeded to file an appeal with the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, bringing up the same issues, while also pointing out his previous
complaints of docket falsification, motions to disqualify Judge Matz and reports of inappropriate extrajudicial communications between Judge Matz’
clerk Stephen Montes and BSEG attorney Michael Aaron Gardiner. Mr. Davis served a notice of his appeal on Judge Matz, which finally prompted him
to reexamine the issues.

Upon further questioning, Court Clerk Benjamin Moss admitted that the minute order was in fact not mailed or faxed to BJ Davis or any of the other
parties in this case prior to the hearing, as it was improperly docketed without a document number. This revelation clearly exposed the fact that
BSEG counsel Michael Aaron Gardiner committed perjury by repeatedly claiming to have received the minute order by mail in San Diego on October
29, 2007. In fact, BSEG representatives were aware of the hearing only due to their telephone conversations with the Clerk of Court and lied under
oath to perpetuate the false claim that BJ Davis was legally notified of the hearing.

On November 21, 2007, Judge A. Howard Matz vacated contempt orders against Producer/Director BJ Davis. BJ Davis reported Michael Aaron
Gardiner’s perjury to authorities and to the California Bar Association. In addition to representing Big Screen Entertainment Group, Michael Aaron
Gardiner represented Michael Paloma, who recently pleaded guilty to charges involving conspiracy to commit securities fraud and electronic mail
fraud. Paloma and his associates pleaded guilty to defrauding investors of over $20 million in stock manipulation schemes involving 15 different
publicly traded companies, including BSEG (formerly known as Beverly Hills Film Studios).
