Evolution or Creation
Why is it that it appears to be that we can not agree on whether Evolution or Creation is the real answer? In the book Prophet or Madman, there exists a line that could well be the solution to this never ending question.
“God created a perpetual system that will go on infinitely within the Eternal Moment.”
The perpetual system refers to linear time which is the foundation for evolution. The Eternal Moment refers to that which exists outside of the limitation of linear time i.e. eternity.
In fact it was Eternity or that which exists outside of the limits of linear time that Einstein was referring to when he said: “the past the present and the future exist as a persistent delusion of consciousness.”
Following Einstein’s view point, it would appear that as long as one limits their vision to seeing through the physical 3rd dimension relative to our human perceptions, we will always get a distorted view.
The answer to the age old question regarding evolution or creation being the basis of experience is that they are both true. From a personal experience I can say that, as Spiritual Beings, our core essence is that which transcends the limits of time and space. This is why our brother Jesus said before time began I was. I too, have come to know this truth. I know this not from intellectualizing it but from witnessing Creation as a whole where all of time and space exist as one moment.
It is also true that we can and do experience a kind of delusion of consciousness that clouds our vision. In the Bible you will find reference to the veil upon the eyes of Man.
