Frustrated mortgage broker John Mills, 51, Managing Director of Westpoint Mortgage Management got so tired of hearing about the quality of service and high costs of selling houses from mortgage clients that he has set up The Advanced Property Centre to sell houses throughout Hampshire.

Home owners selling property have always been up in arms at the enormous fees charged by estate agents and now Westpoint Advanced Property Centres are able to offer a full service for a commission fee of just 0.5%.
