Raleigh, NC -- August 31, 2009 -- Uptone Pictures has acquired the M2 Encore Cinema Adapter for its HD cameras. This addition will allow for a more meaningful technical “look and feel” to projects produced by Uptone. The M2 Encore represents a new era of performance for 35mm lens adapters that enable digital video cameras to achieve remarkable "film style" footage. Over two years in the making, the M2 Encore is an upgrade to the award-winning M2 that allows 35mm lenses to deliver the depth of field, angle of view, and focus techniques typically found only in 35mm motion picture film.
This new technology will be pu tto practice in the upcoming feature "A BOX FOR ROB" slated to go into production in late 2009.
