Scott M. Gulinson MD FACOG announced today the establishment of the Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation Institute of Phoenix. Dr. Gulinson is an accredited Associate of the Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation Institute of America and is the first gynecologist to offer Laser Vaginal Rejuvenation in Phoenix and Glendale, Arizona.
