Ms. Lester worked as an Account Executive for a staffing firm in the late 1990s. Then, as the Regional Sales Recruiter and Outside Sales Rep for the National Federation of Independent Business, she earned the organization’s Jacket Award and consistently met her staffing and sales goals.

She is an active member of The Genoa (Ohio) Chamber of Commerce, the Oak Harbor (Ohio) Chamber of Commerce, and a prior member and associate of Business Network International.
